The candidate needs to be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
All Chefs applying for this role should have a stable background working in similar all fresh food kitchens and be able to work on their own during quieter periods.
Ability to manage the ordering, wastage and control stock.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and recipe specifications as set out by the company.
Level 2 food hygiene.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef with a proven ability to run a kitchen.
