We are looking for trusty, well-presented Front of House staff to supplement our existing team. Your role will ensure seamless and quality customer experience by managing bookings, walk-ins, customer queries and resolving customer issues or complaints.

To be successful as the front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Managing walk-ins, online and telephone reservations
  • Greeting all walk-in guests, escorting them to their table and providing menus
  • Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns, involving the manager if necessary
  • Informing relevant staff about food and beverage requests made by customers
  • Clearing glassware, and crockery from each table
  • Adhering to and maintaining all health and safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations
  • Supporting colleagues and staff during busy periods, including taking orders, serving meals, clearing tables, restocking fridges and retail shelves where applicable
  • Liaisingwiththekitchenstafffftoensureaneffifficientandseamlessservice
  • Providing guests with their bills after the meal and processing payments


Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and the ability to memorise orders/requests
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
  • Physically fit
  • Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the venue’s operations, as required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Full driving license and own transport is desirable
