CASE STUDY - COTSWOLDS DISTILLERY

With the launch of their new visitor centre in 2019 at their full-scale distillery in the Cotswolds (the first of its kind) Relish were invited to work alongside the distillery to develop their café product, hospitality menu options and kitchen configuration onsite.


The brief was a dream for any foodie – develop a delicious café menu featuring the very best locally sourced ingredients, focus on food miles whilst also creating a menu suitable for the facilities and our company’s food safety plan.
