For unique super high-end clients or celebrity endorsed events, Relish have the facility to offer a ‘White Label’ product. All branding is removed and the Relish team approach the project as if they were part of the associated brand, person or client to create outstanding, remarkable and unforgettable occasions.
Over the years at many of the UK’s largest cultural events we have worked with many of the countries tops chefs and food personalities to upscale their recipes and deliver into marquees for thousands.
The challenges of taking a three course menu from a cookbook and scaling it up to serve 500 people in the tent is difficult, but with our talented team of chefs and experienced hospitality managers we were able to deliver exactly this for 4 events per day, 10 days in a row at The Cheltenham Literature Festival, working alongside the likes of Marcus Wareing, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Diana Henry, John Torode, Russel Norman and many more.
Serving thousands of guests every day at The National Game fair is a challenge we look forward to every year and working alongside Greg Wallace in the Shot 2 Pot restaurant in 2017 and 2018 was great fun.
In 2019 however gears had to be shifted when we were asked by the management company to run a menu created by James Martin on both the main enclosure restaurants at the show serving thousands of guests over the weekend.
Despite the 40 degree heat and juggling with very little space in a small kitchen, it was an honour to service the affluent guests at a super luxury glamping site at the world famous music festival. Guests were able to enjoy a spa and beauty treatment from within their luxury yurts or lodges, followed by dinner in the Jasmin Hemsley Restaurant, prepped, cooked and delivered by the Relish catering team.
Our executive chef Rob Goves spent a very enjoyable week cooking up delicious meals from Jasmine’s first solo cookbook ‘East by West’ which champions the ancient Ayurvedic philosophy of eating to nourish, sustain and repair for ultimate mind-body balance.
