OUR BRANDS

We are passionate about exploring new ideas and prospects here at Relish and if an exciting new F&B brand presents itself, or if we recognise potential in someone’s dream, then we’re the first to explore the opportunities and engage in developing the offer.

Over the last twelve months we’ve worked closely with some very talented and experienced chefs and have helped to build brands that provide customers with the best food and warmest hospitality across a range of cuisines from around the world.

Each of these brands have the flexibility of being able to pop-up at a variety of locations, making them the perfect choice for a private party, celebration, or festival option.

For a more rustic and rural style of cuisine, PIT & PLATE hits the spot with the most important element in the cooking process being fire – whether direct flame, embers, smoke or offset heat.  Popping-up at multiple locations, Pit & Plate travels with their own equipment, setting up and dismantling in true nomadic style. There are no fancy uniforms or starched tablecloths – food is prepared out in the elements.

For the ultimate artisan wood-fired pizza, PIZZERIA 720° offers a mouth-watering variety of 9” or 12” options, freshly made with locally sourced toppings, often also located at the Gateway Centre. The reviews have been outstanding since we launched last summer, with most of our customers rating the pizzas as the best they’ve ever eaten! With gluten-free pizza bases available and dietary needs often accommodated, there really is a pizza option for everyone!

Frequently found at the Gateway Café & Information Centre located at the Cotswolds Water Park, is TOMMY’S STREAT KITCHEN who operates a revolving menu featuring Spanish, Oriental, Mediterranean and Mexican style cuisine with the focus on tapas style dishes. Perfect for a sharing experience with family and friends.
ASHA INDIAN KITCHEN meanwhile mixes authentic with modern, an experimental take on Indian Cuisine devised by contemporary chefs. Operating for the time being from the kitchens of Somewhere Else in Cirencester, the food is created with precision from carefully chosen, and often local ingredients, fusing an aroma of spices with both classic and contemporary cooking techniques to create Asha’s quintessentially Indian dishes.

Like what you see? Then why not pop by to any of the locations that are currently hosting these brands and indulge in the menu choices? Better still, talk to us about booking any of the brands to feature at your own private event
