We are proud to announce the successful completion of our partnership with Lakes By YOO, culminating in the creation of the Lakes Bar & Kitchen. Over the past 18 months, our team has worked tirelessly to build and establish this premier dining space, which has quickly become a culinary hotspot in the Cotswolds. As our involvement in this exciting project comes to a close, we are now passing the torch to the Lakes By YOO team, who will continue to operate and elevate the restaurant.
Led by our Director, Robert Goves, our collaboration with John and Phoebe Hitchcox, Managing Directors and Founders of Lakes By YOO, has been a remarkable journey. From the initial concept to the grand opening in May 2023, our shared vision was to create a dining experience that would cater to both the guests of the Lakes and the general public. The success of this venture is a testament to the dedication and expertise of everyone involved.
The Lakes Bar & Kitchen quickly gained a reputation as a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike, attracting a host of notable diners, including Hollywood actors and Premier League footballers. We were delighted to host memorable events such as live performances by Natalie Imbruglia and exclusive Supper Clubs led by celebrity chefs, further solidifying the restaurant’s status as a premier dining destination.
As we prepare to hand over operations in October 2024, we reflect on the solid foundation we’ve built. The seamless transition to the Lakes By YOO team underscores our mutual commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. We are confident that they will continue to uphold the high standards we have set and take the Lakes Bar & Kitchen to new heights.
